  •  Differentiates 80% of the time between polite vs. impolite
  •  Uses tactics in agreements such as threats- “I’m gonna tell, “  bribes- “If you…I will give you…,” insults-“you stupidhead”
  •  Uses praise
  •  Answers phone appropriately
  •  engages in team activities, cooperative play, and group decisions
  •  understands that there are “bad words” and “potty language”
